To conclude, I would put it in this manner that no property can be perfect by all means and in every manner but the shape of the property has to be studied and judged properly before purchasing any plot. The best way to extract benefits out of such shapes is to construct the entrance towards the south or west, however, in case of regular shaped plots like a square or a rectangle, it is best to make the east or the north as the entrance.
