Nobody has seen God but we still worship and look up to this
supernatural power for fulfillment of all our dreams and for resorting of all
kinds of problems that befall on us. This practice is continuing since time
immemorial and will continue till eternity, generation after generation.
However, the concept and belief in God and the perspective of individuals
regarding the existence of God has changed drastically over the years as we
continue to step into newer generations and centuries year after year. In olden
times, God’s existence was restricted to temples and religious places where the
dignity and charisma of the idols was kept intact. The respect, love and
gratitude towards God would reflect in the dealings of people who would visit
these places with tremendous faith and trust in their hearts. However, with the
changing times, God, although considered to be a Supreme Power, his existence
has raised many controversies in the minds of the educated class, especially
the young generation, who want a scientific proof for everything that they see
or hear in and around their environment. Just because God does not make his presence
felt every time to prove his existence, the tech-oriented world backed by a
strong scientific approach, does not support or justify His existence. The
result is that there is a whole bunch of extremists who do not believe in God.
We have been born and brought up to believe that God is the
Supreme power to whom we look up to for every action and reaction of ours, be
it good or bad. According to Hindu mythology, idols of gods in homes and our
surroundings reflect positive energy and even render us with courage and
dedication to make our journey towards life on earth a happy, prosperous and
successful one. Praying to God everyday not only gives us additional strength
to face the adversities of life, but also induces our mind, body and soul with
positive vibrations which in turn purify and refresh our internal as well as
external environment.
According to Dr. Puneet Chawla, a visionary in Vaastu
science, everything has a proper place and time of execution and conduction
which best suits its existence and renders positivity in and around the
surrounding. Likewise, the North-east corner of every house should be dedicated
and restricted to the placement of idols of Gods where Puja, on a regular
basis, should be conducted by its residents. Placing photos of Gods all around
the house, anywhere and everywhere, can prove to generate a negative impact
which in turn might do more harm than good for its residers. Moreover, the
idols of Gods should be ‘Praan Pratishthit,’ meaning proper chanting of mantras
should be done to instill them with positive vibrations so as to make the house
full of energy, life and favorable vibes which alternatively would bring about
peace, harmony, health, wealth, goodwill and prosperity for its owners. It is a
normal practice to place the photos and images of Lord Ganesha at the entrance
of every home. As per Vaastu, this is not a good idea, as idols of Gods and
Goddesses, if posted anywhere in the house, should be worshipped on a daily
basis. If not done, they start divulging unfavorable vibes which work against
the goodness of the individuals residing under its roof. So, step up and make
your house absolutely Vaastu-compliant to enjoy endless benefits towards
success and opulence in life.
Dr. Puneet Chawla, a renowned Vaastu consultant,
points out to the fact that it is a general practice to paste images of Gods on
the walls of staircases just to prevent people from spitting or urinating. This
stands against the principles of Live Vaastu as non-believers in God do not
think twice to refrain themselves from such uncouth and uncivilized acts. On
the contrary, it renders negativity in and around the aforesaid campus, which
in turn brings about unfavorable and bad fortune for its residents. Belief and
Faith in God depend upon an individual’s personal perspective to look at things
and no one can forcefully alter one’s views regarding this highly sensitive
matter. Stop imposing your personal beliefs on others simply to satisfy your
own personal interests.
